I get it.

Meditation is hard.

You’re meant to sit there, legs crossed, in silence.

You’re supposed to banish your thoughts. Empty your mind.

And all the time, your children are shouting, your work is buzzing and your to-do list is growing.

Meditation? It would be great if I could.

But here’s the thing.

Meditation really needn’t be such a chore.

Because… in reality… it’s just a few seconds of silence…. noticing your thoughts.

That’s all.

Just a pause. And a noticing.

That’s why I want to make mindfulness and mediation easy for anyone to get into.

It’s called the Feel Better Project, and it’s a way to get in touch with your mind… and to start to tame it.

No chanting.

No crossed legs.

No flowing robes.

Just something you can do when waiting at a stop light. Or walking down the street. Or living your everyday life.
