The same goes for Appreciations.
If you’ve been here a while, you’ll know that appreciating things is the #1 way to turn a corner – to make a “bad” day into a “good” day.
It’s why I encourage people to think of three things they can appreciate each evening.
As it’s New Year’s Eve, maybe try appreciating three things about 2017.
But appreciations don’t have to be big things.
Last night I appreciated the mashed potato I ate for dinner, the scent of the air in the morning, and the book I am reading.
The important thing is to appreciate… whatever it is.
