You’ve no doubt heard of Alexa, that little personal assistant made by Amazon that sits in a speaker-like device in your living room waiting for questions and instructions.
It’s like Siri on the iPhone.
Or Google’s assistant.
It works by always listening for the word “Alexa” – then it springs into action.
Why do I mention this?
Because this is how the Feel Better Project process works.
We’re always scanning the airwaves for how we feel.
We continually check in with ourselves.
And when we notice that something’s off – when our inner compass isn’t quite aligned with where we want to go – we move on to steps 2 and 3:
We allow the feeling.
Then we do or think something that would make us feel just a little bit better.
This is as simple as it gets.
In my experience, we just need to keep practicing this method for dramatic results.
With me, it happened within 2 weeks.
We just keep our inner Alexa listening.
Then be gentle and good to ourselves.
