Our American readers are celebrating Thanksgiving today.
It’s a wonderful holiday that prompts us to be grateful for what we have.
And gratitude – or appreciation, as I prefer to call it – is a central tool in the Feel Better Project toolkit.
So much so that I encourage you to practice it every day by thinking of three things (big or small) you can appreciate about the day.
I found that doing this consistently over 21 days can transform our outlook from negative to positive.
It not only helps us appreciate what we have, but also allows us to notice more good things about our lives, thereby giving us positive momentum.
