But – often – we’re terrible at expressing what we DO want.
We say: I don’t want to feel like this.
Or: I don’t want this to keep happening.
Or: I wish this wasn’t the situation.
The trouble is, when we’re feeling bad, it’s hard to put positive desires out there. It’s as if our brain has put the brakes on good stuff happening.
It’s at times like this that we need to put the Feel Better process into action.
Think: How am I feeling right now?
What’s going on here?
And then… What can I do to feel just a little bit better?
Try making this small shift and see if you can crack open the door to what you really want.
See if you can put yourself in a space that allows you to dare to dream.
Then… when you get there… feel the inspiration and excitement flow through your veins.
I want to feel like THIS!
I want THIS to happen!
I want to have THIS!
